Oba-Adedapo-TejuosoIt is another edition of the annual Kings’ Day of Praise that is being organised by Oba Adedapo Tejuosho, the Osile Oke Ona of Egba. And it is an avenue for kings to offer praise and worship to God.
Coming to raise the roof of Bishop’s court, Onikolobo for the King of kings this year are veteran gospel acts that include Evangelist Ebenezer Obey, Evangelist Funmi Aragbaiye, Hannah Shokunbi, Opelope Annointing, Tope Alabi and others
According to Oba Adedapo Tejuoso: “The occasion serves as a rallying point for all traditional rulers beyond their kingdoms and jurisdiction of authority in absolute humility and one accord for the common purpose of praising and worshiping God.”.

Juju musician turned gospel musician cum pastor Chief Ebenezer Obey Fabiyi, who is the chairman, organizing committee of the event stated in a release that: “This year’s event is unique in many ways because Kings’ Day of Praise is going international with the extension of invitation to other traditional rulers across Africa who have shown interest in attending the event.”

The Ogun state governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun is expected to be the chief host and he will be supported by other governors across the country. It will take place at Bishop’s court, Onikolobo Abeokuta, Ogun State.
Oba Tejuosho gave his life to Christ after he attained the throne 26 years ago. One of his ways of propagating the gospel is through the yearly Kings’ Praise. It is also an opportunity for the traditional rulers to gather and prayer for Nigeria
